I bought 10 x 10 x 48", 6 x6 x 48", and 4 x4 x 48" boxes at the local UPS Store by my house. These stores are franchises so I don't know if all of the stores will have the boxes you need but it might be worth a try?

Feedback

I get most of my boxes from the golf course I play. They have a closet full of boxes people like me gladly take off their hands.

You can also try going to a big box store like Dick's and just ask if they have an empty irons/driver box they're throwing out. They shouldn't give you any gruff about taking a box because it's not like they're going to do anything with it otherwise.

I assume a lot of you sell clubs on line, like I do. Where do you get all the boxes to ship your clubs out? For the most part, I just get Priority boxes free at the USPS. The golf store makes more sense, as you are recycling things that may get thrown out. But if you do not have a way to get used stuff, at USPS.com you can ask them to send those triangular tubes to you for free. In a few days, you'll get a box with 10 tubes in it. They are only 38" long and have to be modified (doubled) to fit larger clubs.
