They taught me to value my “score” in these life skills more highly than the scratches made by a golf pencil on a scorecard next to my name. I could go on at length about persistence, consistency and other character attributes. I owe so much to this great game and the valuable life lessons it taught me as a junior golfer.

Young people can learn responsibility, acceptance, maturity and patience through programs such as PGA Junior League Golf. My Grandpa Lafe was, and still is, one of my heroes.
Who is Don Levin?
Don Levin is a well-respected and long-standing member of the Sacramento golf community. He is a PGA Professional and two-time college All-American, who has dedicated his life to the game of golf. He is passionate about teaching golfers of all ages and has coached several of his young players to college golf scholarships.

Jack Rovane. A Sacramento native, Jack attended the San Diego Golf Academy and holds a certificate in Advanced Studies. He has extensive background as a course professional and in coaching youth golf programs at several different high schools.
