Pro Shop
Find anything you need last-minute for your round–whether it be a golf glove, tees, or sleeve of balls. We carry clothing and footwear from Puma, Titlelist, Bridgestone, and Sketchers. Branded sweatshirts, polos, and hats are also available to commemorate your round.
Driving Range
Our covered driving range is over 325 yards at a slightly uphill elevation. Eight stalls and on-the-grass practice during golf season are ideal for a pre-round warm up, hitting practice balls, or taking a lesson rain or shine.
Putting Green
The newly-enlarged practice green has over six holes along with a surrounding slope to test your game on varied lies and practice scoring shots.
Deli
Downstairs from the pro shop, we prepare made-to-order sandwiches, hot dogs, and drinks. Call in your meal at hole 8, or if you’re in a hurry at the turn, choose from a selection of food and beverages in the grab-and-go fridge.
Why is Diamond Woods called Diamond Woods?
The name “Diamond Woods” is an amalgamation of two things that made building the golf course possible–“diamond” in reference to our baseball history and “woods” in memory of the Woods family who sold us the property.
What team did Jeff Doyle play for?
Jeff Doyle played for two major league baseball teams in two different countries, for the St. Louis Cardinals (1983) in the U.S. and the Nankai Hawks (1984, 85) in Japan, earning the money to buy the land the course was built on.
