What is the best word to describe Hidden Creek?
The best word I can use to accurately describe Hidden Creek is "subdued." And that is a compliment to the extremely talented architectural duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. That did not happen at Hidden Creek.

Is Hidden Creek Golf Club gated?
Beautiful landscape with all kind of mature trees, roads for golf carts, friendly neighborhoods. Not gated, because a close to zero crime rate. Like the entire Navarre and Gulf Breeze (especially along the Hwy 98 ) area: cute malls, people with a decent higher income, one of the lowest crime rates in the US, beautiful nature and water bay and shore. Hurricane zones are limited to certain spots so it is NOT true that ALL Gulf Breezes are mandatory evacuating when a hurricane is coming. Check out on Santa Rosa county hurricane maps for your own safety convenience. Hwy98 is THE pipeline alongside the coast, however only small congestions less than 2 miles in morning and late afternoon traffic. Hwy98 has been fitted with spacious bike side strips and this helps. I have been living here for more than four years and this is my place of living for the rest of my life. You can walk on the beaches for hours and watch out for sea life. Hidden Creek Golf Club has a great grill restaurant too.
