You never bleed the brakes,in a manner which flushed fluid and air out,completely. Do again,and don't leave the bleeder open,when your helper lets up on the brake pedal. never let the resevoir run dry.

First off make sure you have brake fluid in your reservoir. Secondly if brake fluid is at the full line. I would try bleeding the brakes. This takes two people. On each cylinder there is a bleeder valve. Start with the drivers front with the engine off have somebody pump the brakes 3 or 4 times then hold it to the floor.

Chances are you have a small pin sized hole in your brake lines were your fluid id slowly leaking loosing brake pressure. I would fill the master cyl. full then have a friend look under your car while u step on the peddle to see if u can see any brake fluid leaking anywere.
