Description

Beautiful course with excellent variety. Elevation changes and trees provide challenge. Dual tees (most holes) and alt. pin positions. Six layouts range from easy to extreme and rotate monthly. No trash removal - please carry yours out.

Directions

Go one mile north (on Hwy 49) from the intersection of Hwy 23 and 49 (just north of town of Green Lake). #1 by lower parking lot and #10 by upper parking lot.

Murray Park

Trees, elevation and wind in play on every hole. Dual tees make 18 - Blue tees @ 2374' and Red tees @ 2481'. Public (No Fee)

Riggs Park

In 300 acre park mainly devoted to prairie restoration & wetlands. Open - only a few trees in play. Slight to moderate elevation. Windy. Public (No Fee)

Riverside Park Disc Golf Course

Really nice course for beginners in landscaped park along beautiful Fox River with water in play. Dual tees. Public (No Fee)

Markesan High School

Short - for PE classes. On a ball golf practice course. Not well marked, though baskets have number plates. Large oaks, sloping hillside, and small creek provide some challenge. Public (No Fee)

Omro Disc Golf Course

A mix of open field, tall grass, and woods. It circles the Omro Middle School starting on Fox Trail off of Hwy 116. No formal tees, but there are signs at each tee area. A crushed cinder nature path...

There is a group trying to install a disc golf and handicap accessible park at Zobel Park. For those of you unfamiliar with disc golf it is a game played with Frisbees instead of a golf ball. There are tournaments all over the country and we have several local players.
