This Par 3 course is 9 holes but usually in pretty good condition. Used to be in better shape than most Par 5 courses in the area. The course is beautiful and looks out towards the Pacific Ocean. On a clear day you can even see Catalina Island. It's fairly challenging for a Par 3. Price was on the higher side, you're mainly paying for the view.
