True ballooning, where the ball climbs sharply near the end of its flight then seems to just fall out of the air, is due to too much spin and isn't necessarily connected to the launch angle of the ball. The best thing to do will be to buy a few sleeves of balls that manufacturers claim to be their low spin model and see how they play for you.

Afaik all balls are low spin off the driver. The difference between balls is off irons and wedges not drivers. So my recommendation would be take a look at head and shaft for an equipment solution not the ball.

It sounds more swing or equipment related to me. If you are hitting down on the ball with the driver, it will typically, (not always) create a higher, ballooning flight. The G30 driver you have is generally lower spinning, however, I have seen more success with spin in other drivers.
