Chain lock on the room didn’t work. Staff was extremely unprofessional. Towels weren’t replaced after use. They were taken an let wirh 0 Towels. Guests threatened to leave the room. Terrible and experience. I will never come back to this hotel or recommend it to my friends Complete waste for what you pay for the rooms.
