When John O’Shaughnessy decided, around 1990, that he wanted to build a golf course in the Goleta Valley, he had little reason to believe it would lead him to financial disaster. Now 79, O’Shaughnessy had been wildly successful in his endeavors.
How many houses did Burt Sperber build in Goleta?
