The set screws hold the clutch ramps in place and normal are counter sunk into the moutning hole. Normally the screw heads should not be showing as in this picture. Prime example of overly worn ramps. The teeth on the driven clutch spring seat are excessively worn due to hitting the metal screws which secure the drive clutch ramps.
