Can you book a tee time at a course in your area by not using GolfNow? if you call a course directly is it possible to book a tee time? Not just your favorite course, but if any course in your area accepts tee times using means other than GolfNow, then your case falls apart pretty much instantly.

Courses contract with Golfnow to have their rates displayed on the site. The club will give up a certain number of tee times (pay Golfnow for them whether booked or not) in exchange to be advertised.

Facebook owns the 3 big social media companies right now (FaceBook, Instagram, SnapChat) and one of the world's most popular messaging apps...so they effectively own 4 messaging services + 3 social media platforms. This also isn't a real monopoly. A true monopoly, when one exists, has the power to enact price-fixing and create real barriers to entry into the market. A company that literally just compiles data and allows reservations cannot be a monopoly because nothing it has done prevents consumers from directly contacting the courses.
