Feedback
Chris was a very good player, I remember he had a great short game with his wedges which I really appreciated.
Feedback
I don't know any serious detail, but my guess is that it was mostly aging. He was a fairly short knocker. I remember in '05 at that Masters he was hitting 2-3 more club than Tiger at times. Google tells me that he had a shoulder issue and had surgery on that awhile back.
Feedback
I remember when he got "Noonan-ed" at the Phoenix Open in the early 2000's. He made the putt though and had the guy ejected. Good stuff.
Feedback
I believe he is playing on the champions tour and is working for CBS in some role at the moment.
Feedback
In an interview with Golf Digest (or perhaps Golf...) at the peak of his game, he remarked that the money Tiger had brought to the game meant he didn’t have to grind and he could choose to spend more time with his family. Some were likely put off by that comment - some likely found it refreshingly honest and balanced.
Feedback
Yeah probably, he was never a fitness freak or anything so probably got tough to compete into his 40s. He wasn't long in his prime
Feedback
I recall CD had 3 really good years from 2004-2006. Could've won 3 majors. Tiger got him twice (Masters & British) and VJ got him at the PGA. Wow didn't know he was 51 years old now. Father time is undefeated well except maybe for Tiger.
