I have a classic version of Game golf and I use it since 2014 and very happy about it, I loaded 388 rounds since.

They aren't supporting the Classic version any more. Sorry. I've conversed with them via email and they are eventually going to update their transfer app for Live and Pro but I gave up on them. Search the site for others that have complained about the same issue.

Yesterday I was able to upload a round using GG Live, the belt sensor and the program on my windows computer; did not use the phone app at all, everything went smoothly

Rounds from GG Live device are not transferred any more by Windows Transfer app or Game Golf app. Message: error in round processing. Any advice for that problem?

You're beating a dead horse..sorry, GG is trouble and their tech support is lacking. I gave it up at the start of the season. I'd used it previously for 3 years.
