The main reason golfers move their heads in front of the ball at impact is pushing from the right side. They do this in an effort to try and get too much power from the body because they don't have enough lag or don't know how to use lag properly for club head speed.

thanks for the comments. i need to work on syncing up more by stopping at the top as well as keep that knee flex. My miss is a hook and thin. Thin hooker =)

it's funny because i was working on somthing similar, i felt my hip was turning too much and i saw my left knee turn a bit much which seems to cause my head moving forward.
