Last week I was told that the set of 225s I'd ordered via PGATSS was set to ship today. I can't imagine they're taking calls under the circumstances. I wonder how I could reach them if to offer free IT support.

I was just fit at one of their demo days by a rep on Saturday. Ordered a set of HMP. He didn’t mention anything about delays. As a matter of fact I told him I had a Florida trip planned for the middle of March and he said they would be delivered in 3 weeks.

I believe this occurred at least a week ago (Feb 5th or so). From what I have been told Mizuno reps are taking orders, however nothing can actually be put within queue and all orders are just being held with each rep. Once the issue is resolved the reps will then be submitting orders as they normally to within the Mizuno order management system.

I feel like no news is bad news… I wonder how a data scientist wanting to donate his time (read: me) can get in touch with them. Maybe they can reach out to such people.
