However, at 1757 there is a lack of leadership and direction at the top the chain makes it very difficult on the employees that work 40+ hours.

Over the past 12 months after a number of new leisure complexes have opened everything has been going well. Some more training and development required but they do their best with online learning. Hopefully the business continues to grow. Great team. Some learning curves but good support in place.

I Lost My Passion for the Game of Golf
Worst job I have had can’t believe I stuck it out so long. Suppose I thought it would get better after a while. Never been so stressed to sell something connected to my passion for golf. Teams are over worked under paid and made to feel like they are terrible at their jobs on a weekly basis without any formal coaching.
