The thing about the eBay ones is that that ask you to leave postive feedback, and then claim it takes 6 weeks for the first issue to show up. By then, they've got your money and your feedback. Then, no leverage with feedback and PayPal won't honor it. It's not worth it to save 8 bucks, IMO.
