I googled sore pinky and golf and found this thread. I am having the same problem. Middle knuckle is swollen and my whole right pinky makes an inverted S shape. Yikes. I think it has to do with my grip pressure. Will have to make a conscious effort to loosen it a bit.

I use the interlocking grip and sometimes I grip too tightly (the pinky interlocked with my left index finger) which i believe is causing the slight pain...
