Looks kind of like an updated Xe1 wedge. Same basic design & loft. Even the infomercial looks familiar.

SwingBlues

Same as Xe wedge. The basis of these "easy" wedge is the flat, fat, low bounce soles that stops you digging. Look around eBay ( ala alien etc) and pickup one of fat sole wedges for 1/4 the price & adopt a regular stance, wallah.

The key with these is to not hinge and hold. If you do they just dig. I play a Cleveland Smart Sole 58* and struggled with it and a buddy with the same club said don't break your wrist or elbow and play the shot stiff armed. Worked much better.

I'd spend that money on a lesson on how to use a normal wedge. Much better investment. I don't mean that in a condescending way at all, but your game will be better in the long run investing in technique rather than equipment fixes.

It is somewhat different from the XE1. Better feel, completely different camber to the leading edge, different sole bounce.

Markrip

Tour edge has their own version. They have one that is counter balanced and one that isn't. I got the non counterbalanced one as a throw in last year when I bought two CB pro wedges last year. Played around with it in the yard and decided to throw it in the bag and see how it worked on the course. It really worked well.
