Wel assuming the only tweaks are the loft and face angle, then those certain specs can pretty much only be attained through tour issue... Does anybody know which companies use no serial numbers to denote tour?

I am not 100% sure on the last few. i know TM better than the rest. I am not arguing with everyone about tour issue gear. i personally play it, maybe im silly!!! haha

I would disagree with several of your statements. Tour Issue designates that the head is different than retail. Meaning Weight, Shape, CT numbers are exact. The heads are way more consistent and usually are lower spin and more fade bias in the woods. Several companies have different heads altogether such as the R9 B heads, Adams a4 Tour Milled etc.
