Could not resist posting this pic. A few of us got the first tee time this morning at a local course...teed off at 6:37 AM....sunrise was at 6:36 so when we got out into the first fairway, this was the scene behind us looking back to the pro shop.

You can play with me anytime. I bet it was at a nice pace without feeling rushed and still went fast.

We’re early every day, too. With most of Northern California burning down this summer, the smoke made for the most amazing sunrises I’ve ever seen.

Early morning golf is only beaten by late evening golf, especially on a Friday.

Markrip

I’ll do this my brother in law. We’re usually done in around 3 hours and sometimes less. It’s great on hot summer days. I just have to remember I’m usually a club shorter when I play this early .

jmtbkr

I play 5-6 days a week and I am usually in the first group, teeing off before 7am (typical sunrise time in s.e. Florida).

thesaxemachine

I like being on the course early, but play considerably better in the afternoon.
