1. Your feet need to move during the swing. 2. A good drill to learn not to move them too much is to hit shots flat footed. Neither heel comes off the ground until the ball is gone. Nicklaus learned the game as a boy by hitting shots never allowing the heels to come up. He was allowed to roll his ankles but not to lift his heels.
