I took the oil can finish off my Vokeys not long ago... I love the new raw look, as well. If rust starts to creep up, a bit of CLR and a green Scotch-Brite pad take it right off. After every round, or on the weekend (whichever comes first), I give them a good cleaning and a sprits of WD-40... works great for me.
