I followed him about 4 years ago. Spent a winter on it. Cane away with a much better understanding of the swing, and a more comfortable swing that reoeated well. I took 2 years off abs have recently gotten back into the game. Over this past winter I watched aND read alot of Monte.

I think Wisdom In Golf is a fantastic place to start. Shawn focuses on a lot of things you will never hear from 99% of pros, such as gravity, momentum, and swinging to a target. He won't have you thinking about the position of your hands at position p4. It's a bit radical.

If you know exactly what you need to work on then Monte's videos will take you right to where you need to be to address problem. If you want a structured program then you should use Shawn's video series. The best place to start with Shawn's videos series is the beginners series.

I subscribed to the website a few months but just found it to be... too much? There's a ton of content, videos are really long, take a while to get to the point, rely on a lot of analogies that didn't resonate with me, and seem to usually build off some earlier videos that I couldn't find.
