Probably just the temperatures. I've had it with this winter weather/leaving for a week after a holiday, too.

mine only sticks after i've washed it and park it up straight away. next time i come to move it the following day its stuck like billio. so I run it up and down the street after washing braking heavily to dry out the brakes and then its fine. So in summary after this long winded ramble is, probably moisture .
