I usually start with a light jog to warm up the muscles and prepare them for training. I recommend going for a run outside (1/2 mile), running on a treadm ill (1/2 mile), stationary bike (10~20 mins) or doing jumping jacks (2 sets of 50) to get your joints loose and your muscles ready for stretching.
