Is Diamond in the rough a good golf course?

Actually a Diamond in the Rough. Very nice layout and terrain. Could use an infusion of $$$ to bring the grass and Lanscaping up to Par. The greens, though slow,were actually very good. It's not a world class facility but it's well worth the inexpensive green fees. I'll be back
