NO: My concern is that this seems too exclusionary a use of the land. The vast majority of San Diego residents and visitors won’t use the facility and can’t get on the property without paying. I would prefer a vision that takes advantage of the location and views to help the area around downtown to continue to be vibrant, grow and bring in new visitors.
